Chad Horn, with Bard Tales Productions, reached out regarding a nationwide opportunity.  Bard Tales Productions recent credits include the  Presidential Inauguration festivities and has a hand in filming commercials, plays, conventions and more. Chad had given One Source Talent a call looking for athletic females for a public service announcement with the American Association of University Women in asociation with the Women's National Basketball Association.

The AAUW has been empowering women as individuals and as a community since 1881. They advocate for policies that advance equity for women and girls, challenge sex discrimination in higher education and the workplace and help shape the lives of the next generation of women leaders overall.

The client was looking for talent of all races that could portray a strong, confident, athletic woman while hearing things like "You throw like a girl!" and "Girls can't play sports!" as the camera rotates around them. The only line the booked talent will have is a confident and defiant "Thanks!" into the camera as it comes to her face and as her shot goes swoosh!
