I just wanted to share some of the things I've been doing. I was just cast as a Prison Guard in a webseries that was casting child actors, called "25 to Life", due to start filming in March. Also, I have completed theater production of "The Sun People" and "For the Love of my Black Woman", under the direction of Titus Walker (UJAMAA Black Theater). I am so excited about being with Nine9. I’m 11 years old Mariajesus and I signed on December12/11/2008. I took my professional pictures with the amazing Rex on December 30th, 2008 where I felt like a top model. It was a wonderful experience and after I was well prepared with my cover letter and resume, I started to look for castings this month. Guess what? I made it! I got a call back right after my first audition. I’ll be in the spotlight performing in “Rockin’ Broadway”, an original musical revue celebrating Broadway Rock Musicals like Hairspray, Grease, Tommy, Rent, and more thru songs and scenes at Smiling Rhino Theater in Pomp

I have been with Nine9 for about six months and I just got my fourth part in a movie. Even though it’s a small student movie, it is exposure. I am also starring in a big production movie by a local film company Verticalblu Films that will be coming out in the fall. This has been a great few months and I hope it gets even better! I was given the chance to audition for a feature film thanks to Nine9. About 5 months ago I was the kid in the corner who thought dreams were impossible, but look at me now! I auditioned for the role and a couple of weeks later the producer from the movie, "Lunar Effect AKA Dagulanto", called me and said I got the role! I'm also getting the chance to audition for Disney casting directors in a couple of weeks! I'm so excited and I know more things are in store for me. It is all thanks to Nine9! I have been with Nine9 for a little over a month, and already have been contacted by top names in the industry. I am so excited! Everyone at Nine9 has been so helpful in launching my dream career. Hey everybody I’m back again to speak of more things Nine9 has done for me. Okay, I just got picked to do a big fashion show in April. I will be one of the models wearing designer clothes. I am also having a photo shoot this Saturday and might even be featured in a calendar for the month of March! I have also been selected to audition for another film called, “Fried Chicken & Lonely Hearts”, written by Delano David Massey. I am auditioning to play Kim. I have been so happy!
