I received notification that PBS was holding an audition for a film documentary, and that they were interested in me coming to audition. It is my understanding that the casting came very broad, and took some time for the casting team to narrow down to who they felt fit best. They included me in two separate presentations, and I was fortune it enough to get picked to come audition. I arrived at the Detroit Public Television Studio, and was introduced to the main purpose of the documentary. He was an African American man who I have heard very little about. His name is John W. Barfield who currently lives in Detroit. Barfeild, was a maintenance company chief executive, entrepreneur and businessman. Mr. Barfeild, founded Bartech Group, which is a global workforce management and staffing solutions provider, and is among the nation’s largest independent human capital staffing and services firms in the United States, employing over 3,500 associates nationwide. I was given a script, a quick recap of his life, and the period of time we would be focusing on. I read a couple of lines, prepared myself to play an Angle role, and ran the audition. The next day I received message that I had gotten the part! It was such great news! I was about to be apart of a historical documentary, and experience my first speaking role with a deep southern accent on film. Filming took place at the Henry Ford, located in the Greenfield Village. It was a perfect day to shoot a film, in such a historical place. I saw lots of historical homes, 1929 Model T Truck, and lots of interesting artifacts. The time took place in the State of Alabama during the 1930’s. The documentary was aimed to focus on a re-enactment of John W. Barfeild's childhood. It was an awesome day, and I met a lot of nice interesting and very talented people. This was such a great experience for me. The documentary will air, on PBS during the month of February for Black History Month. Thank you so much Nine9!

It was a great honor to be apart of the 2014 Motorsports Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony. The prestigious atmosphere, commanded, that the evening ceremony, without a doubt, was the Oscars of motorsports. To be around such powerhouses, and talented athletes was such a great experience for me as a professional. I was chosen to be an award model, and stage hostess dressed to the ten. It was so great, to meet such wonderful people, who are all apart of the Motorsports Team, nationally and internationally. It was such an honor to escort, Master of Ceremony David Hobbs, and John Doonan, while carrying fifteen pound trophies. As I stood on stage, and proudly witnessed NASCAR and IndyCar owner Roger Penske, induct driver Rusty Wallace into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America on Aug. 6, 2014 at the Fillmore Theater in Detroit, Michigan. Thank you Nine9, for this special opportunity.
