1-5 I I’m going to rate this process a 5. The lady was very nice. She talks in a warm light tone so everyone can understand. If we have questions we can all ask. An she really took her time to break everything down In a more clear understanding. She named a lot of shows an movies that I watch. I am excited to take this next step.
