Last month I went on a college visit to Northwood University in Midland, MI. I am interested in studying Fashion Merchandising. During the presentation they listed One Source as a great place to do an internship. I am hoping for an opportunity to work with One Source for my internship to help me gain references for College. One source can offer so many different experiences.

Next week I am headed to a DECA State Conference for school. I cannot believe that my experience with One Source has helped me with my school and future profession in Fashion. DECA is a business club and I take Marketing. I had to write a presentation and make a power point for Fashion Merchandising. I go before judges and pitch a clothing line as if they are a store manger. I won the highest honor in Districts to qualify for States. If I do well next week I qualify for Nationals in Miami, FL. This opportunity qualifies me for scholarships at college. Thank you One Source for helping me gain Fashion experience and work towards my future goals in the industry.

I am so excited to be shooting with Scott again in a few weeks and update my portfolio.

I was invited by One Source to update my measurements and pictures because some clients are requesting high fashion talent and I fit the criteria. Hopefully, this will lead to some great opportunities.

I went to the Jahzara Saphir Model Casting and was selected to participate in one of their four shows. I cannot wait to wear bridal gowns or gala clothes. They are holding four shows in the Detroit area this year.

I was invited to come in and meet with Major Models in NYC. I was told by them that I had a very unique look. I will be following up with them and sending more pictures as I gain experience and generate my portfolio. What a great opportunity to make a connection with a major firm and get interviewing experience!

After meeting the owner of One Source Talent at Launch Showcase in Chicago I was invited to share my experiences with the agency by doing a testimonial video with my mom.
